I Forgot My Password

Follow these steps to access your account if you've forgotten your password.

1. 1. Open the Bookmarked login page and click "Forgot Password" at the bottom right of the login box.
   2. You will be redirected to another screen called "Forgot Your Password". Enter your email in the open form and click "Send".
   3. Open your email. You will receive a link to reset your password. Click 'Reset Password' to be re-directed.
      1. Please note, the link provided in your email will expire in 7 days. If you exceed this time limit, please restart the process.
   4. The link will redirect you to a new page where you will create a new password. Create a new password in the first field and then confirm your password in the second field. 
      1. Please note, your password must be 8 characters long and include 1 letter, 1 number, and 1 special character. You will not be able to continue unless your password meets this criteria.
         
   5. Click "Reset". The page will redirect you to the original login page. Enter your email and new password. Click "Log In" to proceed.

Note: Please remember to maintain the security of your account by refraining from sharing your password, as sharing sensitive login information compromises the confidentiality and integrity of your account.
